Manufacturing process

  1. Feed PP granules into the injection molding machine to produce the outer plastic body.
  2. Cut EVA rubber sheets to the required dimensions based on the plastic body size.
  3. Manually attach the EVA rubber sheets to the plastic base using plastic rivets.
  4. Press-fit iron pipes to the assembly using a screw press machine.
  5. Cover the iron pipe handle with PVC sleeves.
  6. Pass the finished product through a heat shrink packaging machine to secure the sleeve.
  7. Pack the finished wipers for market distribution.
