Manufacturing process
- Cut big pipes (100mm) into 1m lengths and small pipes (1/2 inch) into 10cm lengths using pipe cutters.
- Insert the smaller pipe inside the bigger pipe, connecting them with L joints to create the moving mechanism.
- Attach an industrial spring between the pipes through pre-cut slits to ensure free movement.
- Secure the main pipe to the ground support plate.
- Connect a foot pedal to the smaller pipe via rope to enable the dispensing action.
- Attach a support plate for the sanitizer bottle near the top and finish with painting.
