Gas Lighter Making Unit
This unit manufactures electronic gas lighters using piezo-electric crystal technology, which generates high-voltage sparks for igniting gas stoves without needing batteries. The process involves precise metalwork for the casing and assembly of the igniter mechanism, catering to the growing market of domestic gas users.

Manufacturing process
- Shear stainless steel tubes to the required dimensions using a semi-automatic pipe cutting machine.
- Form the lighter profile using a fly press and drill holes for the ignition end.
- Impart the desired profile onto the pipe surface using an embossing machine with rolling threaded dies.
- Grind the outer surface of the pipe to remove excess material and improve aesthetics.
- Feed PP/ABS resins into the injection molding machine to form contours.
- Assemble the piezo-electric igniter and spring mechanism inside the molded body.
- Perform quality testing on the completed assembly, then pack and dispatch.
