Manufacturing process
- Load Kraft paper reels onto the coating machine.
- Apply water-soluble adhesive uniformly to one side of the paper.
- Pass the coated paper through a drying chamber to remove moisture.
- Wind the dried paper into master rolls.
- Slit the master rolls into required widths and lengths based on specifications.
- Perform printing on the uncoated side if branding or labels are required.
