Manufacturing process
- Mix natural, synthetic, and reclaimed rubber with chemicals and fillers in a two-roll mixing mill to create the rubber compound.
- Fill the compound into suitable moulds.
- Cure the filled moulds in a steam-heated hydraulic press.
- Release the pressure and remove the containers from the moulds.
- Trim the edges and corners of the containers and proceed to packing.
