Manufacturing process

  1. Feed HDPE granules into the hopper and melt in the cylinder via heat.
  2. Convey molten plastic mass to an accumulator.
  3. Force the plastic mass through a die to form a tube called a parison.
  4. Place the parison into the mold and inflate it with compressed air to take the mold shape.
  5. Cool the mold using circulating water to solidify the container.
  6. Automatically eject the finished container and perform a deflashing operation to remove excess plastic.

Market

The industry is shifting from reusable metal tins to HDPE containers due to government regulations on hygienic packaging, economic advantages, and lower handling weight.
