Manufacturing process

  1. Mix cement, stone chips, sand, and stone dust in a ratio of 1:6 or 1:12.
  2. Place the mixture into a vibrator machine.
  3. Pour the mixture into desired size moulds.
  4. Allow the blocks to dry for 24 hours.
  5. Submerge the blocks in a water tank for curing for two to three weeks to achieve compression strength.
