Manufacturing process

  1. Procure woven jute fabric from the market.
  2. Spread and fix fabric onto the printing table.
  3. Print designs on the fabric using screens, colours, and dye paste.
  4. Wash and dry the printed fabric.
  5. Cut the fabric into required bag designs and sizes.
  6. Stitch the cut pieces using lock stitch machines.
  7. Attach PVC buckles or bamboo sticks manually.
  8. Pack the finished bags for distribution.

Market

Jute bags serve as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic carrier bags. There is consistent demand in both domestic and international markets, particularly for decorated shopping and travel bags.
