Manufacturing process

1. Assemble substrate, balance paper, woodgrain paper, and wear-resistant paper in a stack.
2. Heat and compress the stack in a main press at 170-210 degrees Celsius.
3. Manually discharge finished panels from the press and move to cooling shelves.
4. Cut cooled boards into smaller flooring plank dimensions.
5. Store in a conditioning room for 1 week in summer or 3-5 days in winter to prevent warping.
6. Machine the planks into tongue and groove profiles.
7. Seal edges with wax if required and pack into cartons.
