Manufacturing process
- Select appropriate leather hides.
- Cut the leather into straps of specific sizes using a strap cutting machine.
- Skive the edges of the leather straps.
- Prepare and cut the lining leather to matching sizes.
- Fold the skived edges and attach the lining using paste.
- Stitch the assembled parts using a sewing machine.
- Trim excess lining and perform edge setting.
- Attach buckles and perform punching according to the desired design.
- Inspect the finished belts for quality and pack for shipment.
