Manufacturing process

  1. Cut upper leather straps and split lining leather components.
  2. Skive, paste, fold, and stitch the straps to create the upper assembly.
  3. Attach buckle holder pieces and buckles to the straps.
  4. Buff the PVC insoles and fit them onto the sandal last.
  5. Paste the upper assembly onto the lasted insole using adhesive.
  6. Attach mock welts to the edges of the PU soles and finalize assembly.
