Manufacturing process
- Feed LLDPE granules into a single screw extruder.
- Melt the material and pump it out of a die in the form of a tube.
- Inflate the extruded tube to form a bubble.
- Collapse the bubble and draw it upwards using nip rolls.
- Wind the resulting flattened film onto a winder.
