Manufacturing process

  1. Run two paper reels together on a corrugating machine where one layer becomes fluted and gets glued at the tips to the other flat sheet.
  2. Procure and cut the resulting roll using board cutters.
  3. Glue the corrugated side on a pasting machine and apply a 3rd ply of paper to produce a double face board.
  4. Keep the board under sheet pressing machines for setting the wet glued sheets, and optionally paste boards together to form thicker 5-ply, 7-ply, or 9-ply boards.

Market

The demand for corrugated paper boxes increases steadily with industrial production growth, finding extensive applications in consumer and industrial goods packaging as well as rural packaging of fruits, vegetables, and eggs.
