Manufacturing process

  1. Cut lumber into size and peel bark.
  2. Peel logs into thin veneer sheets and chop into matchstick dimensions.
  3. Soak sticks in ammonium phosphate solution and dry.
  4. Manufacture outer boxes using paper box making machine.
  5. Automatically fill sticks into boxes.
  6. Apply chemical coating to filled matchboxes.
  7. Count, pack in larger units, and finalize for sale.
