Manufacturing process
- Clean and prepare neem seeds for processing.
- Crush or press the seed kernels using a cold press or controlled temperature expeller.
- Filter the extracted crude oil using a filter press to remove impurities.
- Collect the main product (neem oil) and the by-product (neem cake).
- Package the neem oil for distribution.
Market
Neem oil has high demand in personal care, pharmaceuticals, and agriculture due to its insecticidal and therapeutic properties. The rising adoption of organic farming and natural pesticides provides significant market potential for both the oil and the neem cake by-product.
