Mobile Charger Manufacturing Unit

Manufacturing process
- Manufacture charger cabinet shell using injection molding machine with plastic granules.
- Perform rectification process using diodes to convert AC to partial DC.
- Filter the current using capacitors to stabilize the voltage supply.
- Regulate output voltage to 5V DC using regulator IC.
- Assemble the electronic circuit board, cables, connector pins, and plastic cabinet.
- Test finished chargers for safety and performance using dedicated testing machinery.
