Manufacturing process

  1. Load cold, hard plastic material (polypropylene and colorants) into the machine via a hopper.
  2. Plasticize the material by heating it within the injection moulding machine.
  3. Inject the molten plastic under high pressure into a cold mould.
  4. Allow the plastic to set within the mould to form the lunch box.
  5. Eject the finished moulded product for final finishing and inspection.
