Manufacturing process

  1. Unwind sheet metal rolls and feed to punching press for core component manufacturing.
  2. Perforate sheet metal, shear to length, roll into cylinder, and weld to form core.
  3. Blank out discs from metal sheets and use power press to form capping discs.
  4. Fold synthetic filter fabric manually and clip with steel to form the closed loop filter element.
  5. Spread glue on capping discs using machine and assemble core, filter element, and second capping disc.
  6. Feed assembled filter into hot plate press to cure glue.
  7. Clean, inspect, package, and dispatch finished oil filters.
