Manufacturing process
- Unbundle and mix bristles of different sizes and tapers using a mixing machine.
- Separate the required weight of bristles for the intended brush size.
- Assemble bristles and ferrules on a conveyor belt, inserting spacers automatically.
- Epoxy the bristles into the ferrule and plug, then dry the brush heads.
- Clean loose hairs and tip or feather the ends of the brush.
- Attach brush heads to plastic handles using machine nailing, riveting, or crimping.
- Package the final product for sale.
