1. Procurement of raw palm fiber and wooden handle material.
2. Extraction of fiber using fiber extracting machinery.
3. Shaping and cutting wood handles using profile cutters.
4. Drilling holes into wood handles for bristle insertion.
5. Shaving and trimming fibers to appropriate length.
6. Assembling fibers into handles and final finishing.
7. Labeling and packing the finished brushes.
