Manufacturing process
- Load jumbo tissue paper roll onto the machine
- Perform flexo printing on the paper
- Emboss the paper for texture
- Fold the paper into final napkin dimensions
- Cut the paper into individual napkins
- Count napkins into bunches
- Pack bunches into BOPP bags (50pcs or 100pcs)
- Perform final carton packaging and dispatch
