Manufacturing process
- Mount the food-grade paper rolls on the roller stand of the machine.
- Feed the paper through rollers into the gluing section where food-grade glue is applied to the edges.
- Wind the glued paper strips into a tube using a set of rollers to achieve the required diameter.
- Cut the resulting straw tubes to the desired length using precision cutters.
- Collect the finished straws into bins, pack them for dispatch.
