PEN MAKING UNIT

Manufacturing process
- Feed polymer plastic granules into an extruder to convert them into a semi-solid state.
- Force the semi-solid polymer through a die to form continuous refill tubes.
- Cut the refill tubes to size using a high-speed cutter.
- Attach ball point nibs to the cut refill tubes.
- Fill the refills with ink using a centrifugal ink filling machine.
- Assemble the filled refills with pen barrels and caps.
- Package the finished pens into cartons for distribution.
