Manufacturing process
- Load plastic granules into the machine via hopper.
- Plasticize material by heating and pressure in an extruder.
- Inject molten plastic into a cold mould under pressure.
- Allow the material to cool and set within the mould.
- Eject the finished product from the mould.
- Trim the articles to remove flashes.
