Manufacturing process

  1. Supply plastic granules and additives to the injection molding machine via the hopper and feeder system.
  2. Mix raw materials in an integrated mixer.
  3. Convert granules to semi-solid state using heaters.
  4. Inject semi-solid plastic into the mold using a screw or plunger arrangement.
  5. Cool the mold using the machine's chiller sub-system.
  6. Eject the finished part from the mold using ejector pins.
  7. Collect parts in bins and package them for sale.

Market

Demand is driven by the automotive and packaging industries, with a trend toward lightweight and durable components. The project assumes a 3.5% CAGR in the global injection molding machine market.
