Manufacturing process
- Dry polypropylene pellets at 110°C to remove moisture.
- Heat the injection molding machine barrel to the material melting point.
- Feed pellets into the hopper and add plasticizers.
- Inject molten plastic into the die cavity under PLC-controlled back pressure.
- Circulate chilled water through the die to solidify the plastic part.
- Eject the solidified spoons from the mold.
- Crush non-uniform pieces in a grinder for recycling and pack finished goods.
