Manufacturing process

  1. Perform surface pre-treatment including degreasing and chromating to remove oil, grease, rust, and dust.
  2. Apply a phosphate coat to the surface, wash, and dry the object.
  3. Load dry powder into a fluidised hopper and deliver to the spray gun via flexible hose.
  4. Electro-statically charge the powder particles using a high-voltage generator.
  5. Spray the powder onto the earthed object within the spray booth.
  6. Cure the object in an oven at approximately 150°C for 10-15 minutes to polymerise and form a hard film.
  7. Recover oversprayed powder using the integrated recovery system.

Market

Market applications include steel computer cabinets, panel boards, telecommunication components, steel furniture, automotive parts, and architectural sections. Demand is driven by the need for durable, high-finish surface protection.
