Manufacturing process
- Procure and store PP resins, colorants, and stabilizers.
- Heat the extruder barrel to the required melting temperature.
- Manually feed the raw materials into the extruder hopper.
- Screw mechanism melts the material into a semi-solid state for injection into the profile die.
- Optional multi-color straw production by combining outputs from two extruders.
- Extrude the molten material through a circular die at controlled pressure.
- Cool and solidify the extruded tube in a water tank.
- Cut the solidified tubes into the required lengths using the hauling and cutting unit.
- Collect, pack, and dispatch the finished straws.
