Manufacturing process
- Fix PP roll in the printing machine to print company logo and manufacturing details.
- Apply flexo ink and use a rubber stereo plate for printing.
- Cut the PP material to the required size using the cutting machine.
- Transfer bags to the stitching section for sewing.
- Perform final quality check of the finished bags.
- Transfer bags to the packaging section for storage and dispatch.
