Manufacturing process

  1. Prepare moulds by lubricating them to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix cement, sand, and aggregate in the correct ratio with water using a concrete mixer.
  3. Fill the mould halfway and insert the steel reinforcement and necessary wooden pegs for fixtures.
  4. Fill the remaining portion of the mould with concrete mixture.
  5. Use a vibrator on the surface to remove air bubbles and consolidate the concrete.
  6. Allow the product to dry, remove from the mould, and perform curing for 21 days.
  7. Inspect the finished components before marketing.
