Manufacturing process

  1. Prepare the reinforced cage on a cage-winding machine.
  2. Place the cage inside the pipe mould.
  3. Mount the mould horizontally on turn unions.
  4. Rotate the mould at variable speeds while feeding the concrete mixture.
  5. Allow the concrete to spread evenly inside the rotating mould.
  6. Cure the pipes in the mould for 24 hours.
