Manufacturing process

  1. Prepare the steel reinforcement cage using the cage winding machine.
  2. Place the cage into the pipe mould and secure it.
  3. Prepare concrete mix using the concrete mixer.
  4. Pour concrete into the mould and use the pipe moulding machine for spinning and compaction.
  5. Remove the pipe from the mould and allow it to cure.
  6. Inspect the final product for quality and strength standards.

Market

Pipes are primarily supplied to Public Health Engineering, Public Works Departments, Agriculture/Forest Departments, National Highways, and Municipal Corporations for infrastructure development.
