Manufacturing process

  1. Bottles are rinsed with filtered water and inspected for proper cleaning.
  2. Washed bottles are sent to the filling and capping machine where liquor is filled and bottles are sealed.
  3. Filled bottles are passed through a pasteurization unit to stop yeast growth.
  4. Labels containing batch number, date, and expiry details are applied.
  5. Bottles are packed into boxes, moved to cold storage, and prepared for distribution.

Market

Demand for alcoholic beverages including beer, wine, and spirits remains consistently high. Proper licensing such as excise, FSSAI, and pollution control clearances are mandatory.
