Manufacturing process

  1. Procure fresh aloe vera leaves from local farmers and transport them promptly.
  2. Soak and wash the leaves in a 4-stage washing system using treated mineral water and calcium hypochlorite for disinfection.
  3. Trim the leaf sides manually using knives and feed the leaves into an extractor to remove outer layers and get fresh gel.
  4. Grind the gel using a juicer to produce juice and pump it into storage tanks.
  5. Heat the juice to 50-70 °C, add pectolytic enzymes and permitted preservatives, and heat for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Store the juice in a tank for 12 hours to reduce viscosity, then filter to remove impurities.
  7. Wash and dry bottles, fill them with juice using the filling machine, and pack them for dispatch.
