Manufacturing process
- Procure fresh aloe vera leaves from local farmers and transport them promptly.
- Soak and wash the leaves in a 4-stage washing system using treated mineral water and calcium hypochlorite for disinfection.
- Trim the leaf sides manually using knives and feed the leaves into an extractor to remove outer layers and get fresh gel.
- Grind the gel using a juicer to produce juice and pump it into storage tanks.
- Heat the juice to 50-70 °C, add pectolytic enzymes and permitted preservatives, and heat for 20-25 minutes.
- Store the juice in a tank for 12 hours to reduce viscosity, then filter to remove impurities.
- Wash and dry bottles, fill them with juice using the filling machine, and pack them for dispatch.
