Manufacturing process

  1. Receive and store harvested amaranthus seeds
  2. Pass seeds through the seed cleaning machine to remove dust and large debris
  3. Use the seed de-stoner to separate stones and heavy particles
  4. Pass through a magnetic separator to eliminate any metallic contaminants
  5. Grade the seeds using a gravity separator for uniform quality
  6. Weigh and pack the finished amaranthus seeds using the packaging machine
