Raw materials & machinery

Manufacturing process

  1. Raw materials are procured from the market and stored in inventory.
  2. Raw material testing is conducted for toxicity and other parameters.
  3. Raw materials are mixed in a definite proportion.
  4. Grinding of raw material into 1 mm size using a grinder.
  5. Grounded raw materials are mixed with minerals in a definite proportion.
  6. The feed mixture is blended with molasses at 10-12 percent.
  7. Treat the feed with steam before pelleting at 70-80 degree Celsius.
  8. Pelleting the feed at a size of 8 mm.
  9. Testing the feed for temperature and binding of pellets.
  10. Filling and packaging the finished animal feed products.
