Manufacturing process

  1. Mixing Ingredients: Blend primary ingredients, milk, fats, minerals, and nutrients together in stainless steel tanks at 60°C.
  2. Pasteurization: Quickly heat and cool the mixture under controlled conditions to eliminate harmful bacteria and microorganisms.
  3. Homogenization: Apply shear load to reduce the size of fat and oil particles for emulsion uniformity.
  4. Standardization: Ensure pH, vitamin, and mineral content parameters are correct.
  5. Sterilization: Heat the formula to maintain bacteriologic quality and product safety.
  6. Dry Blending: Mix dehydrated powdered ingredients to achieve a uniform blend of macro and micro nutrients.
  7. Packaging: Fill the final baby cereal product into retail-ready cans or tins.
