Raw materials & machinery

Manufacturing process

  1. Raw material procurement, strict quality testing, sorting, and clean environmental storage.
  2. Bean conditioning using sieves, sifters, and destoners to remove broken beans and impurities.
  3. Rehydration of dried beans using hot water in a blancher and a steam chamber.
  4. Ingredient mixing and laser air jet sorting to remove discolored beans before adding tomato puree, starch, and spices.
  5. Blending the mixture and filling into cans or jars, followed by sealing and high-pressure steam cooking.
  6. Cooling the finished cans, labeling, organizing on conveyor belts, and sending to the warehouse.

Market

Baked beans are widely consumed as a convenience food, eaten hot or cold, served with barbecue, in salads, or as a source of vegetable protein and fiber. Demand is steady due to their long shelf life, low cost, and nutritional benefits.
