  1. Washing of raw bananas in washing tanks
  2. Peeling and slicing the bananas using a slicing machine
  3. Frying the slices in a batch fryer using cooking oil
  4. De-oiling the fried chips using a de-oiling machine

  6. Packaging the finished banana chips into retail packets
