Manufacturing process

  1. Weigh and measure flour, fat, sugar, water, and other ingredients according to the specific recipe.
  2. Feed ingredients into the mixing machine to thoroughly blend and develop uniform dough consistency.
  3. Transfer the prepared dough into formers, laminators, or gauge rolls to create uniform sheets of desired thickness.
  4. Pass the dough sheet through rotary cutters or molders to stamp out specific biscuit shapes and patterns.
  5. Transfer the cut wet dough pieces onto the oven band using a swivel panner web.
  6. Bake the biscuits through gradual heating, baking, and coloring zones inside the continuous oven.
  7. Cool the baked biscuits by letting them travel along a cooling conveyor to lower their temperature to room conditions.
  8. Feed the cooled biscuits into wrapping and packaging machines, seal them into pillow packs or family packs, and tape outer cartons for dispatch.

Market

Nutritious and standard biscuits have steady, high demand across rural and urban markets through retail grocery stores, supermarkets, and institutional supply channels.
