Manufacturing process

  1. Ingredients scaling: Weighing and procuring all raw materials according to recipe requirements.
  2. Mixing: Blending all raw materials in a batter mixing machine to create smooth cake batter.
  3. Depositing: Poured into greased and lined baking trays and properly leveled.
  4. Baking: Baking in an oven at controlled temperatures until fully cooked.
  5. De-panning: Removing baked cakes from pans while warm, peeling off butter paper, and slicing into layers.
  6. Cooling: Cooling the cake to the required internal temperature before icing.
  7. Icing: Beating whipping cream and icing sugar, then applying layers of cream and fruit between cake layers using a decorating machine.
  8. Storage and Packaging: Storing finished cakes in display refrigerators at controlled temperatures until sold.
