  3. Fermentation of juice with the help of yeast and preservatives such as sulphur dioxide, potassium sorbate, sorbic acid, and metabisulphites
  4. Distillation process involving conversion of liquid into vapour and condensing back to the desired product
  5. Bottling and packaging at the end of the production line
