Manufacturing process

  1. Harvesting chamomile flowers by picking just below the bloom head when fully open.
  2. Withering the flowers by spreading them out and forcing air through layers to lower humidity.
  3. Cleaning the flower heads to remove any that are just budding and retaining full blooms.
  4. Drying the flowers in a dark, warm, and dry environment or using a dehydrator.
  5. Packaging the dried chamomile flowers into jars or small pouches used as tea bags.
