Manufacturing process

  1. Pour flour and water in proportionate ratio into the dough mixer.
  2. Start the mixer to prepare the dough properly.
  3. Put the prepared dough into the chapati machine for rolling.
  4. Move the rolled chapati towards the heater or flat tava to heat and finish the product.
  5. Package the final product for distribution and sale.

Market

With changing lifestyles and urbanization, there is a rising demand for convenience and ready-to-eat foods. Approximately 70% of the Indian population consumes chapatis on a daily basis, providing a strong consumer market.
