Manufacturing process

  1. Clean and wash whole wheat grains thoroughly under running water.
  2. Soften the grains in water for 5 to 6 hours, allow germination, and sun dry.
  3. Feed raw material into the hopper to regulate material flow into the crushing chamber.
  4. Crush and reduce size using rotating beaters and ratchet teeth liners at appropriate RPM without requiring separate sieving.
  5. Discharge the processed daliya into a filter attached to the delivery trough and pack into suitable marketable packages.

Market

Cracked wheat or daliya is widely consumed as a nutritious, light breakfast food that is easily digestible and quick to prepare. The increasing demand for ready-to-eat and healthy breakfast options drives the market for this product.
