Jackfruit Processing
The project involves setting up a processing unit to produce value-added jackfruit products including chips, pickles, jam, and dehydrated segments. By processing raw jackfruit, the unit aims to minimize post-harvest wastage during glut seasons while providing shelf-stable, nutrient-rich food options to consumers.
