Mustard Oil Mill
This unit produces pure mustard oil by pressing mustard seeds using a traditional Ghani machine and an oil expeller. The process yields two marketable products: high-quality mustard oil for cooking and mustard oil cake, which is sold as animal feed to farmers.

Manufacturing process
- Procure raw mustard seeds.
- Pour seeds into the Ghani machine hopper.
- Start the machine and perform manual crushing.
- Transfer the resulting mustard cake to the expeller for further oil extraction.
- Collect the oil and pass it through the filter machine.
- Package the final pure mustard oil product.
