Manufacturing process

  1. Raw Material Procurement and inspection of clean, dried chillies stored in hygienic conditions.
  2. Stem cutting of the dry chillies using a chilli stem cutting unit or knives.
  3. Grinding using a hammer mill or electric motor-driven kandap system to produce powder.
  4. Sifting through a fine mesh centrifugal sifter with rubber blades to remove lumps and yield smooth powder.
  5. Vacuum transport of the fine chilli powder inside the premises.
  6. Packaging into printed pouches, mono-cartons, or jars under low moisture content conditions.
